Personal values as predictors of entrepreneurial intentions of university students

Considering entrepreneurship as a set of actions performed by subject, and behavior one the main predictors actions, this work presents study based on Theory Human Values, that aims to analyze influence personal values entrepreneurial intention university students; understanding well cognitive characteristics explain attitudes subject towards entrepreneurship, hypotheses establish positive relation between associated individualism negative collectivism students. For this, sample 488 undergraduate students from University Guadalajara in Mexico is used statistical analysis through SPSS software. Using quantitative methodology, an exploratory factorial linear regression model are calculate predictive capacity different types at previously mentioned. Personal prove be highly related intentions while those show low or null effect. Some exceptions discussed lead future lines research regarding entrepreneurship.
